Buying from Us
Ordering from Callula Glass is safe and easy. To purchase online, simply browse the collections, add the item(s) you wish to buy to your shopping basket and follow the instructions to checkout. We accept payment by all major credit or debit cards via our secure server.
If you would prefer to pay by internet banking or cheque, please contact us via email at orders@callulaglass.co.uk to make arrangements.
Delivery
We aim to keep pieces from our collections in stock for dispatch within 3 working days, however it will sometimes be necessary to hand-make a product to order and this may take slightly longer. We will confirm the estimated dispatch date on receipt of your order.
Postage
We offer free standard first class postage and packaging on all mainland UK deliveries.
We also ship worldwide. Delivery outside the UK mainland is via airmail and is dependent on weight. This will be added to your basket on checkout.
Variations
Due to the nature of fused glass and handmade products, each piece is unique and as such, slight variations should be expected. Please be aware that while we aim to represent each piece as accurately as possible, colours of actual products may differ slightly from the colour on your screen.
Commissions
A non-refundable 50% deposit will be payable on agreement of the design and timescale of the commission, with the balance due when the piece is ready to be dispatched. The commission process is interactive and the customer will be kept informed of timings and provided with photographs as relevant.
Wholesale
Callula Glass is happy to work with galleries and retailers. Please contact us via the trade enquiry form for our wholesale terms and prices.
Privacy Policy
Callula Glass respects your privacy and the personal information you provide will only be used for the purpose of processing and delivering your order. We never disclose customer information to any third parties.
Returns Policy
We hope you will love your Callula Glass purchase, however if you are unhappy for any reason (other than damage) please inform us by email within 7 days and make arrangements to return the unused product to us. Return postage is at your own cost and products must be packaged as well as when they were received. We will only refund products returned in a resaleable condition. Postage and packaging (if applicable) cannot be refunded.
Great care is taken with packaging to ensure that your order arrives with you in perfect condition. In the event of your order arriving damaged, please contact us via email at orders@callulaglass.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, with a photograph of the damaged piece. Damaged items should be returned within 7 days, in the original packing and a replacement will be sent on receipt. Return postage costs incurred will be refunded.
